Parwah is a communication and family organization tool. It is NOT a substitute for official emergency response services (112, 108 ambulance, fire, or police) and does NOT provide medical diagnosis or advice. In any life-threatening situation, please contact public emergency services immediately.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Parwah through our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.
2. Platform Description and Scope
Parwah provides private family circles for coordination, including shared family task lists, permissioned document vaults, personal health notes (such as blood group and emergency contacts), family tree records, and peer-to-peer SOS alerting.
3. Accounts and Security
To use Parwah, you sign in with your mobile telephone number and choose a 4-number PIN:
- You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential and not sharing it with unapproved third parties.
- You agree to notify us promptly at care@parwah.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Only invite people you know and trust into your family circle.
4. Emergency SOS and Location Features
The SOS emergency feature is designed to alert your own circle members and designated contacts via app notifications, text messages, or direct phone links:
- Parwah relies on commercial cellular networks and internet connectivity. We cannot guarantee signal availability, network carrier delivery, or real-time location accuracy.
- Parwah is not a central dispatch or security monitoring company. We do not dispatch first responders or medical staff.
5. No Medical Advice
Information recorded or displayed in Parwah is for personal and family reference only. Parwah does not evaluate medical conditions, recommend drug dosages, or diagnose symptoms. Always seek the advice of a qualified doctor or healthcare professional with any health questions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Parwah lawfully and with respect. You may not:
- Upload unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content.
- Attempt to probe, compromise, or bypass the platform's security mechanisms.
- Send unsolicited spam or harass family circle members.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Parwah, its creators, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform or any emergency notification feature.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
